REQUESTS MADE AFTER HOURS
Once our Service Department is open on the next business day our Team of Service Advisors will review the appointments requested and the preferred times, and will then contact you via phone or email to confirm and schedule your actual appointment.
While we are making every effort to fully automate the many requests we get for Oil Changes and Service appointments, our system is not yet fully capable of scheduling an actual, confirmed appointment.
Instead, the current system will only allow users to indicate a preferred time for work they would like to have performed and then we must manually set up those appointments.
