2024 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss 4WD 16K Miles | Factory Lift | TurboMax
The Colorado Trail Boss is one of those trucks that looks right before you ever turn the key.
This 2024 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss Crew Cab 4WD has just 16,130 miles and gives you the tougher stance, off-road hardware, and TurboMax torque people want in a midsize truck without stepping all the way up to a ZR2.
The Trail Boss package is more than a set of stickers and black wheels. Chevrolet gives it a 2-inch factory-installed lift, a wider stance, off-road suspension, 18-inch high-gloss black wheels wrapped in 32-inch all-terrain tires, a two-speed Autotrac transfer case, hill-descent control, and an automatic locking rear differential.
That combination gives the Colorado a completely different personality from a basic midsize pickup. It sits taller, looks wider, and has the hardware to back up the stance when the pavement ends.
Under the hood is Chevroletâs 2.7-liter TurboMax engine producing 310 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
That 430 lb-ft number is what makes the current Colorado so much fun to drive. The torque comes in low, so the truck feels strong leaving a stop, responds quickly when you roll into the throttle, and has the kind of muscle you want when there is a trailer or a load in the bed.
The Crew Cab gives you four full doors and usable rear-seat room, while the midsize footprint keeps the truck much easier to maneuver than a full-size pickup. It fits comfortably in parking lots, works well around town, and still gives you a real bed for tools, bikes, coolers, hunting gear, or whatever the weekend brings.
Inside, Chevrolet gave this generation of Colorado a much more modern cabin. The 11.3-inch touchscreen includes Google built-in compatibility along with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth, and connected services. A digital driver display keeps important information directly in front of you.
Chevy Safety Assist adds Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Front Pedestrian and Bicyclist Braking, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, Following Distance Indicator, and IntelliBeam automatic high beams.
At only 16,130 miles, this Trail Boss gives you a chance to step into a lightly driven current-generation Colorado without starting at new-truck money. You still get the factory lift, 4WD, all-terrain tires, locking rear differential, Crew Cab room, and one of the strongest gas engines available in a midsize pickup.
That is what makes this truck work so well. It is comfortable enough to drive every day, small enough to live with, and still has enough off-road hardware and torque to make weekends a lot more interesting.
Tuscaloosa Chevrolet has been locally family owned since 2002. If you have a trade, a sales manager will work with you in person, and we work with more than 20 lenders if financing is part of the plan.
If you are shopping for a used Colorado in Tuscaloosa, Northport, McCalla, Hoover, Birmingham, West Alabama, or eastern Mississippi, come see this Trail Boss before you decide you need a full-size truck.
Walk around the factory-lifted stance, climb into the Crew Cab, and take the TurboMax out on the road. The Trail Boss looks tough sitting still; the 430 lb-ft of torque and the way this truck fits into everyday life are what make it worth the drive.
