when running over a nail across the street at the gas station, I was terribly upset as I had just bought my tires. I took my car to the service department in hopes that they could help me, and they did! Lucas ensured that my car was fixed and back on the road in a very timely manner! I think the guy name was Aaron, he was by the best mechanic I been too! Very polite & helpful. He sent me a video of him checking out my car as well as called me a couple times to keep me updated & what he found. Got me in & out of there less than a hour! I would recommend anyone to go to him for because the customer service alone was terrific!
I brought in an old 2000 Chevrolet Silverado that had been sitting for over 10 years, and they got it up and running again within a day. Service Advisor Lucas kept me up to date and informed through the entire process and if I had any questions or concerns the crew at Tuscaloosa Chevrolet had the answers.

Jared was great! Was able to get my concerns answered and even took personal care himself of some of them. I’m driving 3 hours to get my service done at Tuscaloosa Chevrolet for the last 12 years and would highly recommend the service department!

Nice 2nd visit for maintenance. Service performed in a timely manner. Staff treated me with respect. I was pleased with waiting area, and staff.
They tried to charge me $1200 for brakes took it to another shop and it cost $398.
Jared is an amazing service advisor. He always explains what is and has been done to my vehicle and I never have to worry.
The service here is outstanding! Lucas always goes above and beyond as a service coordinator. Have been using them for all my vehicle needs since 2018. They even have a shuttle to help me with my busy schedule when I need to get my vehicles serviced.

Zach, Brad, and Ben were great! We were able to do the majority of the sell over the phone due to us living about 2 hours away. Zach had the vehicle ready Saturday. We were there maybe 1.5 hours. They really made the whole transaction smooth and seamless. We will return when we are ready for another vehicle.
